International Marketing - India's Futuristic Approach

A couple of smart people are agreeing that WE ARE NOWHERE WHEN IT COMES TO CHINA. However, as usual we have the useless politicians who refuse to admit how far behind we are when it comes to China. Sadly, the discussion comes down to democracy vs China's system. I do agree that democracy is NOT TO BLAME however my view is that it is the WAY WE ARE PRACTICING DEMOCRACY IN INDIA.
There are many things where India lags behind and that are to be corrected if it is to go on the way of success. Doing Business 2010 in a series of annual reports investigate the regulations that enhance business activity and those that constrain it.2
Trading across borders (rank) India-94 China-44
These are some of the examples where India needs to improve so the companies feel comfortable to work here in India.
Policies should be made as such that there should be more flow of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and FII.
These are some of the activities which the Government should perform so that India should go ahead of all nations.

One has to attend the market needs in a highly responsible manner in terms of quality/quantity parameters, uniterrupted supply and cost factors. Identification of the gap areas in any business is very important factor to determine the market needs and undertake associated initiatives. Some times the State and Central Government policies seem to be a bit unfavourable for accomplishing the proposed goals of production and supply. In order to establish your identity as a trend setter in the business spheres, you must get ready to face the odd challenges also. Sometimes you may have to face the insuffient supply of raw material owing to natural calamities like delayed/ insufficient rain, crop diseases or pest attacks. The associated manpower working under your supervision needs to be handled with an objective of optimising the use human resource at one hand and maintaining their high spirits on the other. The errant fellows need to be considered in a mutually communicative and considerate manner. An indifferent temperament towards employees may prove detrimental to the entire set up. The power of decision making should be decentralized so as to outsource the maximum available expertise. In other words there should be "collective thinking and individual responsibility".The technological advancement and upgradation coupled with professional education helps to manage the things in a better way. An interface with the newer relevant techniques and technological advancement in the business make the things feel more confident and competent.
